Push an annotated tag
git tag creates a lightweight tag; git push --follow-tags only pushes annotated ones.
v0.2.4 never left the runner, and gh release create failed with “tag exists locally but has not been pushed”. npm and main had already been updated, leaving a published version with no release behind it.
