First published release
The format, the validator, the MCP server and the guided-review app — and the decision to retire the GitHub Action.
First release on npm and in the MCP registry: the Intent Document format and schema, the deterministic validator, the MCP server that drives distillation, and the GitHub App that renders the guided review.
The Action was retired. It and the App webhook were two paths to the same checks, and the webhook already runs them on every pull_request event with zero configuration — so the Action was a redundant path that cost every adopting repository a workflow file and runner minutes. The review-assist CLI remains for teams who prefer their own runners.
Also: all ten tools registered (the desktop manifest advertised eight, so clients never saw two of them), the two roles shipped as installable subagents, commenting on a range of lines, and per-repository consent before anything is written.
